The Lost Waltz is a celebration of The Band’s legendary final show together in 1976, which served not only as the setting for the greatest concert film of all time but a fitting climax to their remarkable career. From timeless masterpieces such as “The Weight” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down” to beloved gems like “I Shall Be Released” and “Up On Cripple Creek”, The Lost Waltz strives to capture the live energy of those songs and many others from that night.

The Band consisted of five musical brothers who pursued to perfection their mutual artistic vision while shunning the spotlight individually. Like The Band, The Lost Waltz has three distinctive lead singers who blend their voices to recreate The Band’s signature three-part harmonies. All four band members are veterans of the Nashville music scene and beyond.

Tom Glynn (vocals/bass) is a John Lennon Songwriting Contest winner who The Boston Globe calls “a tunesmith at the top of his game” and who’s 2023 solo acoustic release Skylight Intervention was the most added album to folk radio stations across the country in its first week.

Alex Blizniak (vocals/guitar) is a Mid-Atlantic Song Contest winner who’s 2023 album A Step Behind has received glowing reviews and extensive airplay across multiple radio formats, reaching #18 on the Roots Music Report’s Roots Rock chart. He’s a Berklee College Of Music graduate.

Kate Atanian (vocals/keyboards) is also a Berklee College Of Music graduate who has sang with numerous original and tribute acts over the years, including influential 90’s band Cardinal. She has also written, performed and produced music for a number of companies.

Andrew Cusanelli (drums) has shared the stage with such luminaries as Kermit Ruffins, the Funky Meters, Ghost-Note, Eric Krasno (Soulive, Lettuce) and Miles Miller (Sturgill Simpson). He currently performs and tours with Nashville-based band The Highway Natives and is a Hart School of Music graduate.
